Manipur State Beverages Corporation Limited (MSBCL) is a Government of Manipur undertaking established for the regulated and systematic distribution and sale of liquor in the State of Manipur. The Corporation was incorporated on 28 November 2024 and performs its functions in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, regulations and licence conditions of the Government of Manipur.

MSBCL undertakes functions relating to the procurement, distribution and retail sale of liquor, with a focus on transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, while contributing to revenue generation for the Government of Manipur through the effective management of the State’s liquor distribution system.
